It must be in its original packaging and include all accessories and manuals (and the original UPC code) for a full refund. Refunds will be provided in the same tender as the purchase. Items purchased by cheque and returned within 14 days will be refunded once the cheque clears the bank of issuance. Rose Delta reserves the right to deny any return or exchange and may request identification as a condition of your return or exchange. Delivery
Rose Delta will strive to ship orders within 72 hours of receipt. Delivery is free on orders over $150 to customers in Edmonton, Calgary, Regina, and Saskatoon. A $10 small order handling fee will be applied to orders received for these cities for orders less than $150. If this is your first order, we will ship it to you for free. In addition, orders over $1800 will ship free of charge to Vancouver, Red Deer, Grande Prairie, and Winnipeg.
All other locations will have actual delivery costs applied to orders. Please use 10% of the total order value as an estimate of delivery charges. A minimum charge of $10 will be applied for shipping.
A contact person must be available to accept delivery of orders. Delivery charges will be based on the actual weight and delivery location. Orders will be delivered between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, except for Federal and Provincial holidays.
Price Discrepancies
Although we strive to keep the web site 100% accurate, it is inevitable that errors will occur. In the event of a error, we reserve the right to correct them. Some product may be limited to on hand product only. Our prices listed on the site are in $CDN and do not include taxes or shipping charges.
