[How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?] [How Do I See What Products I Ordered?]
What Products Have I Bought in the Past
Many customers ask for a list of the products that they have purchased in the past. By pressing the “REPORTS” button on the top menu, the following screen will appear.
From this screen, select the “Sales Report” function (first option). Next you will need to enter the date range that you would like to see your purchases from and to (see below).

If you place your mouse in either date field and press the mouse button a calendar appears (see below) allowing you to select the dates that you would like to choose to report from. If you press the << it takes you back one year and the < takes you back one month at a time.

Once the date range is selected, the last task is to determine if you would like the reports displayed on your monitor or downloaded to an excel file on your computer. The screen below shows the result of displaying the report to your monitor.
A screen, like the one below, will appear. If you are a part of a school board and using a common login id you will be able to see all of the orders placed for schools in your school division. Each school name will appear on the screen so you should be able to easily identify your order. If you have your own unique id only orders for your account will display. For each order the Purchase Order, Invoice #, Status (including the shipping date), date the order was entered, the location it was shipped to and the value of the order will appear.
In the status column you will typically see one of three status’ appear
- “Shipped on xxxx-xx-xx” means the order was shipped complete on date xxxx-xx-xx.
- “Awaiting Processing” means that the order has not yet been picked.
- “Partially Shipped” means that the order has been shipped but that there are back orders associated with the order.
This is discussed further at the end of this section.
If you place your mouse over a PO number you will be able to see all of the details on the order (see the next two screen shots for examples).

In the example below, all items in the order on order 1294 were shipped complete. You can tell this because under the ITEMS NOT SHIPPED section it says that there are no items not shipped.

If there are back orders associated with an order, they appear under the ITEMS NOT SHIPPED section. If you want to cancel the back order, click the box beside the products(s) you wish to cancel and press the CANCEL BACKORDERS button at the bottom. The items selected will be removed as back orders from your order.
