[How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?] [How Do I See What Products I Ordered?]
Using FAVOURITES to simplify ordering
Our website allows you to simplify the process that you use to order common products you purchase. Beside each item in the website (when you are browsing/ordering) are two buttons. The second button, Favourites, allows you to mark items that you commonly order as your Favourite. To mark a product as a Favourite, press the “+Favourite” button beside the product. You do not need to have a quantity selected to mark a product as a Favourite. Once you have marked products as a Favourite they appear when you press the “My Favourites” button on the menu on the left had side of the web page.
The following is a list of the four items that have been marked as “Favourites” for a specific account. You can order off of this list in the same way that you can from any other point in the website. The only difference is that you do not have to go searching for these items. Simply put in the required quantity and press the “+Cart” button.
Should you ever wish to remove an item(s) from your “Favourites” simply press the “X Favourites” button beside the appropriate item and the next time you press “My Favourites” they will not appear.
A screen, like the one below, will appear. If you are a part of a school board and using a common login id you will be able to see all of the orders placed for schools in your school division. Each school name will appear on the screen so you should be able to easily identify your order. If you have your own unique id only orders for your account will display. For each order the Purchase Order, Invoice #, Status (including the shipping date), date the order was entered, the location it was shipped to and the value of the order will appear.
In the status column you will typically see one of three status’ appear. “Shipped on xxxx-xx-xx” means the order was shipped complete on date xxxx-xx-xx. “Awaiting Processing” means that the order has not yet been picked. “Partially Shipped” means that the order has been shipped but that there are back orders associated with the order. This is discussed further at the end of this section.
If you place your mouse over a PO number you will be able to see all of the details on the order (see the next two screen shots for examples).
In the example below, all items in the order on order 1294 were shipped complete. You can tell this because under the ITEMS NOT SHIPPED section it says that there are no items not shipped.
If there are back orders associated with an order, they appear under the ITEMS NOT SHIPPED section. If you want to cancel the back order, click the box beside the products(s) you wish to cancel and press the CANCEL BACKORDERS button at the bottom. The items selected will be removed as back orders from your order.
